HOV’s Come-Unity Resilience Hub is a phased, expandable transitional shelter supporting disaster preparedness, relief, and long-term recovery. Beginning with displaced residents from Petersfield High School Shelter, the hub will house up to 48 persons and include essential facilities such as medical care, recreation, child-safe spaces, and full infrastructure for sustainable living.
